Lead strategy and continuous improvement of the Asset Servicing client digital journey. Align stakeholders across product, UX, and engineering, define problems and outcomes, prioritize initiatives, drive adoption of digital platforms, and measure business and client outcomes.

Own a portfolio of mobile apps: define business and product strategy, build and execute roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams, use data to prioritize and measure impact, optimize growth collaboration, and communicate launches and metrics.

Lead commercialization of autonomous vehicle services from pilot to scaled fleet over a 1–3 year horizon. Drive GTM execution, build commercial models, harvest deployment insights, translate requirements to Product and Engineering, coordinate cross-functional launches, and create repeatable playbooks to improve unit economics and user experience.

Lead end-to-end product areas: identify opportunities, build business cases, ship features/policies/processes, and measure impact.
