The role manages TriNet and Leapsome, coordinates employee lifecycle changes, maintains accurate records, supports multi-state compliance, and improves processes in a lean, fast-growing environment. This is a four-month contract-to-hire position with potential full-time conversion.

Supports Oracle Cloud HCM administration, configuration, workflows, integrations, data integrity, testing, and system enhancements.
