Provide employee support, run benefits audits, analyze plan data, and produce communication materials. Collaborate with finance and external carriers to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate payroll and benefits records.

Support recruiting by updating and preparing job descriptions for upload to Paycom, coordinate with the Field Manager to ensure accuracy, and remove salary bands and location details.

Provide administrative and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle: maintain HRIS and records, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, manage HR inbox, assist with promotions/transfers/offboarding, support stakeholders, ensure compliance, and help improve HR processes.

Serve as the primary HR strategic partner to Harvard College leadership: advise on workforce planning, organizational design, succession and talent management, performance coaching, employee relations and compliance; coordinate with central HR teams, use HR data to inform decisions, support change management and manage compensation administration.
