Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and global L&D peers to diagnose capability gaps, create targeted interventions, manage LMS operations, and use data and AI-assisted tools to scale high-impact learning tied to business outcomes.

Supports HR business partners and attorneys with personnel records, HR documents, employee inquiries, onboarding, departures, evaluations, compliance, employment verifications, Workday transactions, HRIS reporting, and special projects. Maintains confidential records, coordinates with HR teams, supports I-9 and immigration processes, and helps ensure policies and regulatory requirements are followed.

Design and deliver enterprise learning frameworks, role-based career journeys, and leadership development programs. Lead skill and competency assessments and create blended, AI-enabled learning solutions. Manage vendor relationships, drive learning technology innovation, and ensure inclusive, scalable learning integrated into the flow of work.

Administer and optimize the Cornerstone LMS by configuring users, permissions, assignments, learning content, curricula, certifications, and system settings.
