Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements, proactively source and build pipelines, manage structured interview processes and candidate experience, and champion employer brand. Provide market intelligence and collaborate with a global recruiting team to close hires.

Leads GHD’s global talent management strategy and team, overseeing workforce planning, succession, leadership readiness, performance, development, mobility, talent insights, governance, and enterprise adoption. Partners with executives and People teams to align workforce capability with business priorities, improve talent decisions through data and technology, strengthen internal pipelines, and drive measurable organizational outcomes.

Leads Harvard Medical School’s Office for Postdoctoral Fellows, overseeing strategy, staff, budget, programming, policies, data systems, and institutional partnerships. Advises and mentors postdoctoral scholars on career development, training, well-being, and transitions. Directs professional development programs and the Responsible Conduct of Research curriculum, supervises administrative teams, supports postdoctoral associations, and contributes expertise to committees and initiatives advancing postdoctoral education and services.

Provides strategic HR partnership to senior leaders across global commercial and pricing functions. Responsibilities include talent strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, change management, commercial transformation support, leader coaching, and aligning HR programs with business priorities. The role partners with a shared People Advisor and uses data-driven insights to support organizational effectiveness and capability building.
