The Technical Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, source candidates for various technical roles, and enhance MORSE's employer brand.

Serve as strategic HR partner to Product, Engineering, and Clinical leaders. Drive workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, performance coaching, employee relations, and change initiatives. Leverage HR technologies, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to inform decisions, improve processes, and support global HR programs and integrations.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers to develop strategies, source candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Lead a small team to build and scale technical training, documentation, and a Help Center for partners and internal teams. Own LMS administration, authoring tools, NPI enablement, cross-functional cadence with Sales/Product/Engineering, and use AI to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Manage and optimize health, well-being, and employee benefit programs through vendor management, program administration, project leadership, and cross-functional partnership. Lead implementations, RFPs, vendor transitions, compliance, and continuous improvement using data and industry insights to enhance program effectiveness and employee experience.

Support global People Operations and Total Rewards by managing onboarding, I-9/right-to-work checks, Workday transactions, employee lifecycle data integrity, audit documentation, inbound People requests, and maintaining resources. Drive a smooth employee experience and surface AI/automation opportunities.

Lead day-to-day People Operations including end-to-end onboarding/offboarding, HRIS administration, multi-state compliance, benefits and leave management, payroll support, employee engagement programs, performance review support, HR reporting and metrics, and ad-hoc recruiting and employer branding support.

Lead design, configuration, and deployment of Workday HCM (focus on Absence Management and Global Time Tracking). Manage high-volume data migrations via EIBs, build complex reports and dashboards, optimize Talent/Benefits/Compensation modules, troubleshoot integrations, and deliver global training and documentation to support scalable People Operations.

Lead HR due diligence, workforce strategy, and integration for M&A and divestiture transactions. Manage teams, mentor staff, conduct financial and workforce analysis, develop post-merger integration plans, and present insights using Excel and PowerPoint. Drive client engagements and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
