Lead global Total Rewards and HRIS: own compensation framework and annual cycles, drive Workday implementation decisions, lead HRIS team, build people analytics, and spearhead AI and automation across HR operations to improve efficiency and governance.

Lead HR due diligence, workforce strategy, and integration for M&A and divestiture transactions. Manage teams, mentor staff, conduct financial and workforce analysis, develop post-merger integration plans, and present insights using Excel and PowerPoint. Drive client engagements and align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Provide consultative compensation expertise to HR and business leaders: advise on pay practices, job architecture, offers, promotions, annual planning, governance in Workday, and lead cross-functional compensation initiatives to improve programs and ensure policy-aligned, consistent decisions.
