Job Description

CyberArk is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Customer Modernization & SaaS Migrations to join our Professional Services leadership team. This individual will be responsible for defining and leading the transformation journey of our external customers as they migrate from on-premise or hybrid deployments to CyberArk’s SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate is a passionate change agent who understands customer success, professional services, and enterprise-level cloud migrations, with a security-first mindset rooted in cybersecurity best practices. This is a highly visible role that involves close coordination with R&D, product, and global partners to deliver seamless, value-driven customer transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Migration Strategy: Lead the development and execution of CyberArk’s global customer migration framework, ensuring scalable, efficient, and secure transitions to our SaaS offerings.
  • Modernization Programs: Build structured, outcome-based modernization programs to guide customers from legacy CyberArk deployments to our latest SaaS solutions—delivering measurable business value and aligning with a security-first architecture.
  • Professional Services Leadership: Lead teams across onboarding, technical consulting, customer success, and project management to execute on-time, high-quality migrations aligned with customer outcomes and secure practices.
  • R&D & Product Collaboration: Work closely with R&D and Product Management to shape tools, APIs, migration accelerators, and platform enhancements that streamline the migration journey while maintaining CyberArk’s rigorous security standards.
  • Global Partner Enablement: Establish and grow deep working relationships with global systems integrators and implementation partners, expanding migration capacity and ensuring consistency in secure service delivery.
  • Executive Customer Engagement: Act as an executive sponsor and trusted advisor for strategic customers undergoing migration, ensuring clarity of vision, alignment on goals, and long-term satisfaction with a consistent emphasis on security.
  • Metrics & Optimization: Define and track success metrics such as migration velocity, CSAT, deployment completeness, and time-to-value. Identify improvement opportunities and drive execution excellence with secure-by-design principles.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Strategic Consulting with a strong focus on the cybersecurity industry, preferably within enterprise SaaS companies.
  • Proven experience driving customer-facing migration initiatives from legacy cybersecurity platforms to SaaS in complex enterprise environments.
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, SaaS deployment models, and cybersecurity industry trends, with a security-first mindset embedded into project and customer success planning.
  • Strong collaboration history with R&D/Product organizations to shape secure and scalable customer migration tooling.
  • Demonstrated success managing global partners and delivery networks in highly regulated environments.
  • Excellent executive presence, program management skills, and customer empathy.

The salary range for this position is $190,000 – $250,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
