We’re looking for a qualified Platform Product Manager (APIs & Applications) to help drive the development and evolution of this platform. In this role, you’ll define and execute a product strategy that enables developers and enterprises to easily integrate Modulate’s voice intelligence into their systems, delivering scalable, reliable, and intuitive APIs and applications that create meaningful customer and business impact.
Your Impact
As Platform Product Manager (APIs & Enterprise Applications), your work will directly impact:
- How developers and enterprises adopt Modulate’s platform through best-in-class API and integration experiences
- The speed at which Modulate ships customer-facing applications on top of our core conversation intelligence technology
- The quality of enterprise self-serve workflows and dashboards, enabling customers to take real-time action from voice insights
- Modulate’s ability to scale from flagship deployments into a repeatable platform business, expanding our product reach across industries
This is a high-ownership role where you will help define and ship the platform foundation for the next phase of Modulate’s growth.
What You’ll Do
- Drive end-to-end execution across key platform product areas: APIs, integrations, enterprise workflows, dashboards, and self-serve UX
- Translate strategy into clear scope, milestones, and shipped outcomes in close partnership with Engineering
- Run fast build→launch→learn cycles with constant iteration and high transparency
- Contribute strong product design thinking and help raise the UX bar across the platform
- Start as the VP’s right hand across priorities, with opportunity to own a full platform domain over time
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience shipping real products, from MVP to scale
- Extreme ownership mindset: you drive outcomes end-to-end, not just process
- Strong product taste and clear passion for UX and design quality
- Strong data analytics and metrics experience
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment with high urgency and shifting priorities
Technical Skills
- Experience working closely with APIs, developer workflows, or technical enterprise products
- Ability to prototype functional product experiences quickly (technical fluency matters)
- Strong communication and execution discipline across Product + Engineering

Pay Transparency
Modulate believes in transparency as a cornerstone of equity and trust. Compensation for this role is based on seniority, skills, and experience.
Salary: $130K–$160K
