Job Description

As US Downstream Product Marketing Manager, Advanced Imaging, you will translate portfolio strategy into high-impact commercial execution that accelerates product adoption, drives utilization, and delivers revenue growth. Working with limited supervision in a fast-paced, start-up-minded environment, you will quickly deep dive into products, clinical workflows, customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to shape differentiated positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market plans. In this role, you will support commercial launch readiness and execution, partner closely with sales, clinical, regional, and cross-functional teams, and use market insights and performance data to optimize channel strategy, customer engagement, and post-launch utilization.

Your role:

Own commercial launch readiness and execution, including sales enablement, channel activation, customer education, and cross-functional alignment, while partnering with sales, clinical, and regional teams to accelerate adoption and drive utilization. Monitor market response, funnel performance, customer feedback, competitive activity, and post-launch results to optimize campaigns, strengthen clinical, economic, and technical claims, and inform lifecycle and product roadmap decisions.
  • Execute downstream marketing strategies that turn portfolio priorities into measurable commercial results. Partner with sales, regional Centers of Excellence, clinical teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to define target segments, refine positioning and messaging, prioritize validated claims, and deliver integrated campaigns, sales tools, and customer engagement programs. Use market intelligence, competitive insights, customer feedback, funnel metrics, adoption trends, and utilization data to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, optimize pricing and margins, and continuously improve go-to-market and lifecycle strategies.
  • Manage any product launches, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality requirements, and alignment with project objectives while maintaining a strong understanding of industry dynamics, technological advancements, market shifts, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior. Drive downstream commercial launch and lifecycle execution in partnership with sales, clinical, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and regional teams. Build launch plans, readiness milestones, customer education, field enablement, and post-launch programs that support timely market introduction, accelerate adoption, and increase utilization. Maintain product integrity and compliance by translating regulatory and quality requirements into customer-facing materials and commercial activities, proactively managing risks, and monitoring market feedback, competitive dynamics, customer behavior, and performance results to optimize execution throughout the product lifecycle.
