- Own interview coordination as a top priority-scheduling across candidates, hiring managers, and panels to ensure a seamless experience end to end
- Support co-op recruiting for the next cycle, managing a high-volume applicant funnel from screening through offer
- Provide a welcoming onsite experience for candidates, including greeting, logistics coordination, and real-time support during interview days
- Contribute to TA projects focused on process improvement, candidate engagement, and employer branding
- Partner with recruiters to maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline reporting in our ATS
