Office Operations & Logistics
- Be the main contact for workplace operations across our AMER and APAC offices, supporting other locations remotely
- Keep workplace resources, documentation and office guides organized and up to date
- Keep the office safe and compliant, including emergency preparedness and workplace requirements
- Run the front desk and create a welcoming experience for visitors and employees
Facilities & Office Projects
- Support office improvement and build-out projects, working with internal partners, building management and outside vendors
- Help coordinate project timelines, vendor requirements and day-to-day facilities needs
Events & Engagement
- Plan and run employee events and engagement programs from start to finish
- Work with employee groups to plan events ahead of time and use feedback to keep improving them
Employee Brand & Culture
- Help create projects that bring Mirakl's brand and culture to life in the office and beyond
- Help with employee recognition and celebration programs
Budget & Vendor Management
- Track workplace budgets and spend, and help with purchasing and vendor coordination
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
Process Improvement & Automation
- Find ways to simplify and automate admin work using AI and other tools
- Build systems and processes that keep working long after your co-op ends

What we are looking for in a candidate:

- Previous co-op or internship experience strongly preferred, especially in operations, logistics, event planning, real estate, property/leasing or hospitality
- Comfortable working independently, taking initiative and managing your own priorities
- Professional and trustworthy, able to handle confidential information and budgets responsibly
- Confident talking with vendors, contractors and employees at every level
- Loves planning and turning ideas into real events and experiences
- Upbeat, creative and proactive; you ask for feedback and act on it
- Organized but flexible, able to juggle several projects without losing your cool
- Curious about AI tools and automation (prior experience is a plus, not a must)
- Bonus: Open to occasional evening work for events
