Your Impact

Reporting to the Director of People, you'll be the go-to person for workplace operations across Mirakl's AMER and APAC offices. You'll handle office logistics and facilities projects, plan events, and help bring our employee brand and culture to life. This role comes with a lot of ownership and independence. It's a great fit for someone who has done a co-op or internship before and wants hands-on experience in operations, facilities and event management.

What you will do at Mirakl:

Office Operations & Logistics
  • Be the main contact for workplace operations across our AMER and APAC offices, supporting other locations remotely
  • Keep workplace resources, documentation and office guides organized and up to date
  • Keep the office safe and compliant, including emergency preparedness and workplace requirements
  • Run the front desk and create a welcoming experience for visitors and employees

Facilities & Office Projects
  • Support office improvement and build-out projects, working with internal partners, building management and outside vendors
  • Help coordinate project timelines, vendor requirements and day-to-day facilities needs

Events & Engagement
  • Plan and run employee events and engagement programs from start to finish
  • Work with employee groups to plan events ahead of time and use feedback to keep improving them

Employee Brand & Culture
  • Help create projects that bring Mirakl's brand and culture to life in the office and beyond
  • Help with employee recognition and celebration programs

Budget & Vendor Management
  • Track workplace budgets and spend, and help with purchasing and vendor coordination
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships

Process Improvement & Automation
  • Find ways to simplify and automate admin work using AI and other tools
  • Build systems and processes that keep working long after your co-op ends

What you'll gain:
  • Hands-on experience in corporate real estate, facilities and workplace operations
  • Practice using AI and automation tools to solve real business problems
  • Real ownership of budgets, events and operations across offices at a fast-growing global tech company
  • Direct mentorship from the Director of People and exposure to the wider People team

What we are looking for in a candidate:
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program and eligible for a co-op; available full-time and in person in Boston for the whole co-op period
  • Previous co-op or internship experience strongly preferred, especially in operations, logistics, event planning, real estate, property/leasing or hospitality
  • Comfortable working independently, taking initiative and managing your own priorities
  • Professional and trustworthy, able to handle confidential information and budgets responsibly
  • Confident talking with vendors, contractors and employees at every level
  • Loves planning and turning ideas into real events and experiences
  • Upbeat, creative and proactive; you ask for feedback and act on it
  • Organized but flexible, able to juggle several projects without losing your cool
  • Curious about AI tools and automation (prior experience is a plus, not a must)
  • Bonus: Open to occasional evening work for events
