Role Overview:

As a Supply Chain Analyst at Lexington Medical, you will operate at the intersection of analytics and execution across a complex, vertically integrated supply chain. You will transform material, inventory, and logistics data into clear actions that keep production running and customers supplied.

This role is designed for someone who learns quickly, reasons through interconnected systems, and takes ownership without waiting for perfect direction. You will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and external suppliers to improve visibility, accuracy, and decision-making across our global network of partners.

Your work will directly support products that impact millions of patients worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and manage material flows across Lexington Medical and third-party partners, value-added service providers, and sterilization facilities.
  • Own inventory accuracy by supporting cycle counts, identifying discrepancies, and partnering cross-functionally to resolve root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain end-to-end digital traceability by ensuring ERP data accurately reflects physical material movement across all locations.
  • Track and resolve supply chain non-conformances, working with internal teams and external suppliers to close gaps and prevent recurrence.
  • Partner with warehouse shipping and receiving teams to prioritize inbound and outbound material movements and support operational escalations.
  • Support inbound logistics execution by analyzing carrier performance, shipment timing, and cost tradeoffs to inform shipping decisions.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to scalable solutions that improve inventory positioning, visibility, and supply continuity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master's in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering
  • At least one year of experience in supply chain analytics, supply planning, materials management, manufacturing engineering, or a related role supporting physical products.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and comfort learning new tools and systems.
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems; familiarity with Odoo or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to reason through complex, interconnected supply chain systems and translate data into clear priorities and actions.
  • Highly self-directed, detail-oriented, and effective in cross-functional environments (hint: mystery question answer is 23).
