About the roleWe’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the evolution of Fetch Play, one of Fetch’s largest and fastest-growing revenue drivers. You’ll grow our rewarded gaming experience while expanding Play into non-gaming apps, creating a destination where users can discover, engage, and earn rewards across both.
As a Staff Product Manager, you’ll define the product and lifecycle strategy across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and win-back. You’ll bring structure to ambiguous opportunities, set direction across teams and time horizons, and align Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Business partners around a shared plan. You’ll combine long term strategic thinking with hands-on execution to build the product foundations Play needs to scale across users, app categories, partners, and reward experiences.
We’re especially interested in candidates who’ve managed the end-to-end lifecycle of mobile game players or app users. Experience with app-store ecosystems, mobile distribution, attribution, engagement, and monetization is highly valued, along with strong product judgment and fundamentals.
- Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for Fetch Play, balancing user value, partner outcomes, and Fetch’s growth and revenue goals.
- Own the end-to-end user journey for Play from discovery and install through engagement milestones and reward payout improving conversion, retention, and completion.
- Develop a lifecycle and personalization strategy spanning activation, engagement, retention, and win-back, delivering the right experiences, mechanics, and app catalog to each user at every stage.
- Lead high ambiguity initiatives and build native capabilities, such as progression tracking, that create new ways to engage and re-engage users.
- Partner with Business Development and Partnerships to turn advertiser, publisher, and marketplace needs into scalable product capabilities.
- Define KPIs, size opportunities, and use rigorous experimentation to guide prioritization and investment decisions.
- Build durable growth by evolving reward economics and anticipating fraud, abuse, attribution, quality, and platform-policy risks.
- Align teams and senior leaders through clear strategy, product requirements, and communication of progress, risks, and tradeoffs.
- Raise the product bar by creating reusable frameworks, improving team practices, and mentoring other product managers.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience with a track record of increasing scope, leading through ambiguity, and delivering meaningful outcomes in scaled consumer products.
- Experience owning lifecycle, activation, engagement, or retention strategies across the full user journey.
- Deep knowledge of mobile gaming as a consumer, advertising, and monetization ecosystem. Experience developing games is not required.
- Alternatively, substantial experience in mobile advertising, app monetization, or lifecycle products, paired with strong consumer product fundamentals.
- A track record of building native mobile mechanics (such as progression, achievements, or rewards) that measurably improve engagement and retention.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing economics, including CPI, advertiser budgets, seasonality, competitive pressure, and the tradeoffs between optimizing for installs and sustained engagement.
- Fluency in defining KPIs, designing experiments, setting roadmaps, and using data to make high-quality decisions under uncertainty.
- Staff-level influence and judgment, with the ability to establish direction, align cross-functional teams, and move ambitious initiatives forward without relying on direct authority.
- Experience in rewarded, marketplace, gaming, betting, or other highly monetized consumer ecosystems is a plus.
