As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in helping our advertising partners grow their brands by connecting Pet Parents with the right products through effective retail media campaigns on Chewy.
Through campaign monitoring, performance analysis, and strong relationship management, Chewy Ads Account Managers act as an extension of our partners' marketing teams. This role is key to driving advertiser success, optimizing campaign performance, and supporting the continued growth of Chewy's retail media platform.

The base salary range for this role is $86,500 - $152,500.00.

What You'll Do:
- Become an expert in Chewy Ads solutions and help support the rollout of new advertising products and capabilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for advertisers on all aspects of their Chewy Ads campaigns
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve advertiser goals, including driving awareness, engagement, and sales
- Analyze campaign data to identify insights and recommend optimizations to improve performance
- Partner closely with Sales, Ad Operations, Product, and Project Management teams to deliver strong advertiser outcomes
- Provide strategic recommendations and best practices to help brands maximize their investment in Chewy Ads
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, retail media, or client-facing advertising roles
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills (written and verbal)
- Experience analyzing campaign data to identify performance drivers and optimization opportunities
- Ability to advise partners on advertising best practices while proactively identifying risks and opportunities
- Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional teams and building strong internal and external partnerships
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Tableau or similar analytics tools is a plus
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail media, performance marketing, or search advertising
- Experience managing or optimizing sponsored product or marketplace advertising campaigns

- The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
