In this role, you'll blend technical depth with strong strategic communication and program ownership skills. You will drive the evolution of Site Experience's reporting and analytics roadmap, including our experimentation processes and governance. While operationalizing an experimentation framework will be a key pillar of this role, you will also apply stronger statistical rigor and performance measurement best practices across Site Experience reporting and performance measurement, ensuring the team has scalable, high-quality insights to inform business and product decisions. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity, proactively identifying opportunities and partnering across Site Experience, Product and Analytics to drive measurable improvements to Site Experience reporting and analytics resources. Ensure Site Experience SOP evolves with best practices, tooling advancements and business needs. • Measure and communicate Site Experience experimentation impact over time by tracking results and cumulative learnings across initiatives, synthesizing trends into clear narratives and recommendations for Site Experience and cross-functional customers. • Serve as the Site Experience analytics subject matter expert, enabling adoption through training, templates, office hours, and ongoing customer support to ensure shared understanding and repeatable best practices. • Maximize impact of existing analytics platforms. Identify opportunities to improve analytical rigor and tooling, partnering with analytics teams to test, validate, and scale enhancements where they add value. • Scale access to insights and learnings by improving documentation, automation, and knowledgesharing mechanisms, including AI-enabled workflows. • Mentor and support junior team members (program managers and/or Site Experience partners) through coaching on experimentation best practices, structured analysis, and effective communication.
Qualifications & Skills Education/Experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 5+ years in Program Management, Analytics/BI, Product Analytics, Consulting or a related role. Technical Skills • Strong SQL and Excel skills. • Experience analyzing experiments and interpreting results (e.g., lift, significance, guardrails; basic sizing/power concepts). • Experience with dashboards/visualization tools (Tableau preferred). • Comfortable working with behavioral/event data and defining consistent metrics.
Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting experimentation (A/B testing) and measurement in a digital or eCommerce environment. • Strong program ownership: builds mechanisms (SOPs, operating rhythms), manages dependencies, and delivers with minimal guidance. • Clear communicator who can tell compelling stories with data and translate analysis into actionable recommendations. • Influences cross-functionally and drives alignment across Product, Merchandising, Analytics, and Site Experience. • High attention to detail and commitment to measurement quality ("zero defect" reporting). • Curious, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. • Experience establishing experimentation governance/standards or improving analytical rigor across teams. • Experience scaling insights via automation/AI workflows (e.g., internal GPTs, automated reporting).
The base salary range for this role is $95,500 - $152,500.
