Salesforce Systems Administrator & Analyst - Boston Seaport (Hybrid- 3 days onsite) 

Summary
Nasuni is looking for a Salesforce Systems Administrator & Analyst role. This role will focus on optimizing the CRM platform while aligning it with key business processes. It combines technical administration—such as user management and automation—with business analysis to improve data quality, workflows, reporting, and user adoption. The role also involves creating actionable reports and dashboards to provide insights that support decision-making and business growth.
Primary Responsibilities
User Access Management: Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure employees have the right level of access to Salesforce based on their job responsibilities.

Configuration & Customization: Create and maintain custom fields, page layouts, validation rules, and basic automation to support evolving business needs.

Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document business processes, translating them into Salesforce enhancements.

Testing & QA Collaboration: Partner with Salesforce developers and stakeholders to test new configurations or features, validate functionality, and ensure quality before deployment.

Reporting & Dashboard Development: Design and deliver reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key performance metrics and support decision-making.

User Support, Training & Adoption: Deliver user support, conduct training sessions, and create documentation to improve user engagement and effective use of the platform.

Qualifications
Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2–3 years of experience with hands-on Salesforce administration & business analysis to align Salesforce with business processes and optimize workflows.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst preferred.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform features such as objects, fields, record types, validation rules, and reports/dashboards.
- Experience with declarative tools like Flow, Process Builder, and approval processes a nice-to-have.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets) and user access management.

Business Analysis Skills
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Communication, Collaboration, & Critical Thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate across teams to gather requirements, validate work, and deliver solutions on time.
- Ability to identify and resolve system and process issues, troubleshoot errors, and propose improvements to drive efficiency.

User Training & Support
- Experience creating training materials and providing end-user support to increase adoption and ensure system success.
