Demand Generation Manager
Location: Boston, MA
As Demand Generation Manager, you will be part of a global team responsible for driving pipeline and ultimately revenue for Nasuni. You will use a multi-channel approach to identify accounts in our ICP and use a wide array of marketing tactics to target and nurture them to sales readiness. You are data-driven, customer-focused, and operate with urgency to achieve team goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive pipeline.
- Partner with product marketing to ensure messaging and content aligns with buyer journey stages and campaign objectives; develop and execute intent-based marketing programs.
- Design and manage programs across email and paid channels to engage, nurture and convert prospects to customer; optimize segmentation and personalization to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance across channels (digital, email, events, webinars) and optimize based on insights.
- Own marketing funnel metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influenced, and ROI) and continuously test to improve performance; collaborate with RevOps to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
- Plan, promote, and execute webinars and virtual events, including speaker coordination, content development, promotion and follow-ups
- Manage relationships with B2B content vendors to run intent fueled, targeted campaigns that drive; evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to maximize ROI.
- Partner tightly with SDRs to ensure they are enabled on programs and are meeting SLAs for both inbound and outbound programs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing for a B2B SaaS or software company.
- Strong hands-on experience with intent data platforms, marketing automation (e.g., 6sense, HubSpot, Marketo), and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Proven track record building and scaling full-funnel programs that drive measurable pipeline growth.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data, testing, and continuous optimization.
- Experience in managing webinars and working with content syndication or B2B lead gen vendors.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication with an eye for compelling messaging and storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) or working closely with BDR/SDR teams.
- Knowledge of buyer journey frameworks and B2B sales cycles.
