The Change Enablement Specialist will work directly with the VP, Change Management supporting organizational strategy through the development of a change management toolkit that will enable leaders and contributors, at all levels of the organization, to drive change and substantially impact business outcomes. How you will drive Impact
Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that supports the organization’s change strategy.
Assist leaders in identifying stakeholders and assessing the degree of change
Develop current and future state assessments and diagrams (including, but not limited to process flows)
Identify and surface interdependencies across program workstreams
Work closely with stakeholders to conduct change impact assessments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the magnitude of the impacts
Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications and tools, including playbooks and templates
Draft communications with clear, concise messaging appropriate to the stakeholder group(s)
Provide support in the development of change management tools and learning strategy (i.e. curriculum development, content development, tip sheets, guides, FAQs)
Support delivery of workshops and/or training
Assist leaders to ensure that approaches to change initiatives align with the corporate strategy
Build creative communication and training materials; including dynamic presentations and playbooks
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and to work as part of a geographically dispersed team
Professional demeanor and presentation and possess excellent listening skills
Understands how to apply change management strategies to effectively engage and influence stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to employ research and analytical thinking. Qualitative data collection is essential!
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills
Written communications and training content design and development experience
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G Suite
2+ years Change Management or Training experience
1+ years Consulting or Project Management experience preferred
