We’re looking for a passionate User Experience Designer to join the Product Design organization as a Co-Op. This candidate will be involved early in the product development process, from brainstorming ideas to ensuring design quality and integrity through launch. Using your full range of interaction, visual, motion, and product thinking skills, you will realize on-product experiences, focusing on designing the interactions that are performed directly on the product, such as touch interfaces and physical controls, as well as the full user experience from unboxing to set up to daily use. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Writers and Product Managers to deliver compelling UX solutions for our connected audio products.
- Leverage user research and cutting-edge technologies to craft cohesive experiences.
- Implement and maintain the design system, utilizing reusable design patterns and assets to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Create user journeys, storyboards, wireframes, and UX documentation
- Understand and balance the priorities of internal stakeholders, engineers and business needs
- Track and communicate project status
- Manage workload and meeting deadlines
Qualifications and General Skills
- Pursuing and/or completed a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Design or design-related field.
- Experience with connectivity technologies (Bluetooth, WiFi) preferred
- Strong design fundamentals (typography, color, spacing, etc.).
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Focus on details, organization, and clear communication.
- Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
- A collaborative attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
- Motivation to produce and improve high-quality deliverables.
