Job DescriptionABOUT THE PROGRAM
We're looking for students to join our Co-op Program who believe that sound is power. Over the six-month co-op, you will get the opportunity to apply the skills you learned in the classroom with hands-on work experience. Our co-ops will get to network across the business to understand different perspectives at Bose Corporation. You'll connect with other co-ops and colleagues to grow your network for the future!
We are seeking a User Research Co-op to join our team and help us better understand the needs, behaviors, and motivations of our users. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of user research activities that inform product and design decisions. This individual will provide direct support to the lead researchers in a variety of ways including, but not limited to:
· Helping with participant recruitment and scheduling.
· Collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
· Synthesize findings into actionable insights.
Qualifications:
· Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Factors, Psychology, HCI, Design, or related field.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Interest in user-centered design and research methods.
· Familiarity with basic research tools and techniques is a plus.
