You will monitor and maintain the health of product's analytical ecosystem - from dashboards to ad tracking - and be a key partner to product managers and marketers, helping to make sense of user behavior, evaluate experiments, and support strategic initiatives with data that matters.
Your mission will be ensuring the product teams always have access to reliable insights, dashboards, and reports that truly support decision-making.
In this role, you will:
- Explore and analyze product usage data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve user experience and product performance.
- Analyze the product sales funnel and identify hypotheses for its optimization.
- Play a key role across all stages of A/B testing - from hypothesis formulation to generating conclusions based on the results.
- Build reports in Looker Studio.
- Prepare a DBT data model for use by other analysts in their reporting.
- Work through the stakeholder's request and propose the best solution by adapting existing dashboards and data models.
Skills you'll need to bring:
- Strong critical, systemic, and analytical thinking.
- 2+ years of experience in Product App & Web Analytics.
- Experience creating reports for different decision-making levels - from operational to strategic.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (we use Looker).
- Solid SQL skills.
- Good knowledge of DBT.
- Experience in experiments planning and analysis. Strong understanding of statistics and basic probability theory.
- Proactivity, attention to detail, structured thinking, and the ability to formulate clear and concise conclusions.
As a plus:
- Knowledge of Python/R.
- Experience with analytics adaptation to GDPR compliance.
- Experience with mobile apps analytics (Firebase, AppsFlyer).
