The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior People Operations Manager, a new role reporting to our VP of Total Rewards. This position offers a great opportunity to join an amazing Total Rewards’ team to manage, evaluate and continuously improve processes and systems that touch employee data for our rapidly growing company. You will play a critical role in designing, developing and implementing the infrastructure we need to scale for future growth. This role has a balance of exciting global projects while building out the people operations architecture in Total Rewards to scale our distinctive culture and focus on creating the experience of a lifetime for employees.
What you will do
Look for opportunities to improve the employee experience at the various touch points during the employee lifecycle related to Total Rewards and employee onboarding as well as provide the tools to support managers and potentially expand self-service capabilities. Collaborate with various teams to gather ideas, work through design and to implementation.
Design and oversee Company’s approach for maintaining employee information, remaining compliant, ensuring integrity, confidentiality and security of employee data. Participate in the continuous development, configuration, and improvement of Workday to ensure effective integration of payroll, benefits, compensation and employee data.
Support the creation of insightful reporting (data analytics) on Benefits, Compensation and management activities especially for senior management and Board of Directors.
In close partnership with all of People Strategy as well as Finance, Legal, IT and others continuously seek opportunities to optimize and automate processes.
Participate in the review of new locations and manage the necessary review and set up to support the opening of a new location or evaluation of a new location.
Partner with Sr Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations in support of an optimized Workday Recruiting system and positive candidate experience. Collaborate closely with Sr Manager of People Programs and Ops in support of scaling talent management programs.
Participate in M&A activity from project managing to integration as well as other cross functional projects.
Provide support on international mobility for transfers between countries as far as it related to Total Reward programs.
Requirements
Proven ability to convert ideas into solutions and execute on continuous process improvements that are people driven and promote the employee experience of a lifetime.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience. 7+ years’ work experience in People Operations and/or Total Rewards (Comp/Benefits/HRIS) in the hi-tech industry.
Experience working closely on Total Rewards initiatives and with international mobility programs as well as experience with Workday a plus.
Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities; the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, rapidly-growing and innovative business where prioritization, efficiency and a creative approach to solving problems are key.
Passion for creating process improvements and leading process design projects where the focus is on the employee experience.
