Rapid7’s North America Growth Marketing team acts as an engine to fuel demand for Rapid7 solutions through marketing programs that nurture the buyer through from prospect to customer. This role will be a key participant in delivering campaigns to market that resonate with our target audience, and ultimately inspiring action. You're able to think strategically and are also comfortable executing the tactics needed to get the job done.

As the Sr. Demand Generation Specialist at Rapid7 you will:
Plan and manage marketing strategy for our North American Named and Enterprise accounts. This includes acquisition programs that generate net-new, high-quality leads as well as expand programs to create cross-sell and upsell opportunities for our healthy customers
Work with our pre and post sales teams to educate and deploy the aforementioned national programs. This would include our sales development team, account executives, and our customer success organization
Partner with our West and Canadian sales teams and leaders to ensure that our marketing programs are making an impact on their territories as well as ideating on programs to fill any gaps.
Support Rapid7’s thematic campaigns by working with Product Marketing, campaigns and the broader team on strategy, content, messaging, and execution with Large and Strategic accounts in mind
Ability to manage campaigns from idea to execution to measurement. You should feel comfortable with all aspects of campaign creation and execution, from digital ads to direct mail.
Strong understanding of marketing funnel and sales funnel metrics and how the performance of your programs contribute to company goals
3-5 years of experience in a demand generation role, preferably in B2B, with sales experience and SaaS product knowledge a plus
Proficient in marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred) and a desire to learn new technologies including ABM ad platforms (Terminus), direct mail automation (Sendoso), 3rd party intent (Bombora), and sales engagement platforms (SalesLoft)
Passionate about working with a fast-paced sales team
High level of comfort presenting campaigns and performance
Exceptional project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally, partnering with multiple stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to measure and report on campaign performance to support overall marketing goals
Creative thinker, passionate about demand generation and marketing automation
Security industry experience and knowledge of the SaaS technology landscape preferred
