Rapid7’s North American Growth team acts as an engine to fuel demand for Rapid7 solutions through marketing programs that nurture buyers from prospect to customer. This role is a key participant in delivering marketing programs that resonate with key channel partners in North America and ultimately inspire them to take action. The ideal candidate will be able to think strategically, be comfortable executing the tactics, and take ownership of the funnel metrics.
You are a curious person who has experience building channel marketing programs that inspire partner engagement and deliver pipeline for the organization. You are a natural collaborator and problem solver that can partner cross functionally to drive multi-channel plans through to conclusion. You're metrics obsessed and have knowledge of B2B channel marketing funnel dynamics. You will:
Partner closely with channel sales managers to understand the unique needs of the business
Works closely with partners, global partner marketing, CAMs and sales managers to create innovative and strategic channel activities that increase awareness, generate partner leads and build sales opportunities
Collaborate with the Global Partner team to leverage global assets and marketing programs; localize and execute in the NA region
Develop and execute co-marketing plans with key channel partners; build and maintain exceptional relationships with partner stakeholder
Manage MDF program for NA channel partners to include managing approvals and tracking via the system
Develop and manage local partner engagement activities such as partner events and partner training
Create clear KPIs and metrics to understand and increase partner engagement, partner sourced pipeline and ARR
Track and analysis the success of your programs; continually optimized
5 to 8 years of experience in a demand generation role, preferably channel / partner
Experience at a growing, scaling B2B organization
Self motivated and dynamic individual that is vested in building strong relationships with stakeholders and partners
Proficient with marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred) and digital strategies and events to drive demand
Experience managing digital programs, webcasts and live events
Exceptional project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally, with multiple stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
Security industry experience and knowledge of the SaaS technology landscape preferred
Ability to measure and report on campaign performance to support overall marketing goals channel marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
