The Internal Communications Specialist is a strategic storyteller and culture catalyst, responsible for shaping how employees connect with the company’s purpose, strategy, and performance. This role goes beyond tactical execution—it drives alignment, engagement, and advocacy by delivering clear, compelling narratives that empower employees to act as informed brand ambassadors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alignment:
    Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into communication strategies that foster clarity, trust, and engagement across the organization.
  • Content Leadership:
    Develop and deliver high-impact content for internal channels—including intranet, newsletters, digital signage, and internal social platforms—that reinforces organizational goals and values.
  • Channel Optimization:
    Administer and support the evolution of communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Viva Engage, Staffbase) to ensure seamless, modern employee experiences. Use analytics and feedback to continuously improve reach and effectiveness.
  • Executive Communications:
    Support leadership visibility by crafting authentic messaging for town halls, global updates, and strategic initiatives, ensuring consistency with the company’s voice and vision.
  • Employee Engagement:
    Drive initiatives that strengthen culture and belonging, leveraging storytelling and interactive formats to connect employees to the company’s mission and each other.
  • Measurement & Insights:
    Establish metrics to assess communication impact, using data to refine strategies and demonstrate value to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to influence and build trust with senior executives and diverse teams.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Experience managing enterprise communication platforms and leveraging analytics for decision-making.
  • 1–3 years in internal or corporate communications; SaaS or global organization experience preferred.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all communications.
