Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to maintain and enhance our invoice processing systems, data flows, and vendor integrations. You'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations between the AppXite platform and ERP systems while driving continuous improvement.

Your mission:

  • Maintain and optimize the AppXite invoice automation process
  • Enhance vendor invoice transformation integrations
  • Improve data integration flows between AppXite platform and ERP systems
  • Explore and implement modern data transfer methods for process automation
  • Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure complete data flows and enhance existing processes
  • Verify data accuracy across interconnected systems
  • Analyse complex data sets and provide actionable insights
  • Perform invoice verification when needed
  • Design and document comprehensive test case scenarios for invoicing processes
  • Gather requirements to enable new vendor invoicing and synchronization flows that are flexible, stable, and adaptable
  • Update product configurations and integrations based on partner requests or vendor technical changes
  • Optimize existing workflows for improved efficiency
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date technical documentation
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve invoicing issues
  • Understand technical and business requirements to provide accurate solutions
  • Participate in workshops and trainings with internal teams, partners, and vendors

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in data integrations, development, invoicing processes, ERP systems, or related fields
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret vendor and API documentation
  • Proficient in SQL (both reading and writing)
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs for system integration
  • Strong knowledge of data formats including JSON and XML
  • Experience with ETL tools, Logic Apps, and Data Factory
  • Working knowledge of .NET C#, Azure Function Apps, and API development
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure ecosystem (Service Bus, Storage Tables, Containers, Key Vault, Cosmos DB, Service Fabric, App Insights)
  • Understanding of security principles (Auth0, OAuth, Azure Active Directory, JWT)
  • Ability to design end-to-end functionalities using vendor APIs and create proof-of-concept examples
  • 3+ years in data integrations, development, invoicing processes, ERP systems, or related fields
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret vendor and API documentation
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills to meet tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proven aptitude for quickly learning new technologies and systems
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
