About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Quality Specialist to join our mission in revolutionizing the print-on-demand industry. In this role, you'll collaborate with talented teammates in an international setting, enjoying a dynamic and casual work environment. You will play a critical role in shaping how data is collected, stored, and leveraged to drive business decisions.

Your daily tasks will entail:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and understand business requirements.

  • Design, develop, document, and maintain efficient BI solutions using Looker, SQL, and Python.

  • Perform impact analysis of new business requirements on the existing BI landscape.

  • Proactively build tools and processes to monitor and flag data quality gaps and issues within BI applications.

  • Develop solutions enabling self-service analytics.

  • Identify areas for improvement in data infrastructure, quality, and management processes.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs.

  • Provide training and support on utilizing BI tools and solutions effectively.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and relevant technology advancements.

Your Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Developer/Data Analyst.

  • At least 2 years of experience building and enhancing Looker applications and administration.

  • Well-versed in Python and SQL coding.

  • Skills in data modeling and business logic processes.

  • Experience with DWH design.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Able to work in a highly collaborative environment.

  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently, taking ownership of projects and delivering high-quality results within deadlines.

  • Able to demonstrate knowledge of dimensional modeling, and data visualization techniques.
