As our Talent Branding Manager, you will own and drive our employer branding strategy globally to help our team do just that. Reporting into our Senior Global Talent Acquisition Operations & Programs Leader, you will have the amazing opportunity to learn about, share, and develop a platform for our employee’s stories to be heard externally in order to give an inside look into #Rapid7Life. How you’ll create impact:
Lead global branding strategies globally by…
Creating effective and diverse talent branding strategies globally, while also being able to target certain areas of the business or locations based on our latest hiring priorities. You will be responsible for not only creating these strategies, but for also driving them in collaboration with our Talent Acquisition & Marketing teams
Identifying new opportunities & trends for innovating on our employer brand and helping advance our diversity efforts. In this role, taking risks isn’t only encouraged, it’s expected. Exploring new technologies, platforms, and messaging that constantly push our candidate experience forward is part of the job
Curating career focused content (blog posts, videos, events, etc.) and managing campaigns through a variety of methods
Working closely with Global Talent Acquisition Team Leaders to understand their hiring challenges, identify creative solutions, and be able to execute and measure against those efforts
Managing relationships with vendors we partner with (job boards and branding tools) - establish & maintain company pages, understand the ROI on our purchases, and regularly update content to keep people engaged
Overseeing employee referral program - not only the day to day management, but bringing awareness to the program, and identifying creative opportunities to get employees more excited about and aware of how to tap into their networks
You should:
Have 5+ years of marketing experience (at least 2-3 years in talent/employer branding specifically) in a corporate or agency environment; experience implementing strategies in a global organization; prior experience in cybersecurity is an added bonus
Be able to define your strategy while also being able to execute plans from start to finish
Have experience building a brand strategy focused on hiring diverse talent from intern to SVP levels
Have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Know how to use data to communicate results of your campaigns and programs at an executive level
Be agile and able to pivot quickly as business needs change
Be a champion for our diversity and inclusion efforts
Be curious; make sure we’re trying new things to get in front of the right talent
Have strong interpersonal skills; you’ll have a number of different stakeholders you regularly partner with, but you also shouldn’t be afraid to schedule an insight coffee with someone to hear about their Rapid7 story
