Essential Responsibilities
You are a highly confident, results focused recruiter who can keep pace with Rapid7’s current growth patterns. You are comfortable operating with ownership and accountability, and are happy to lean in and grab a shovel to support the larger TA teams hiring goals and company vision. You're highly communicative, proactive and solutions focused, while able to build and maintain quality partnerships with our business leaders.
The Business Support recruiting team focuses on building the foundational teams that are at the core of Rapid7’s functionality. In this role, you will work on a variety of reqs in G&A, Marketing, Business Operations, and our own People Strategy team.
Job Requirements
You bring 2-5 years of recruiting experience ideally with a mix of agency and corporate
You’re comfortable managing complex searches within G&A, marketing and operations
You’re highly organized and pay attention to the details while managing a high volume desk
You have a high bar - we believe in adding value with every hire that we make
You’re able to build strong, collaborative stakeholder and candidate relationships
You approach challenges with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
You understand and believe in Rapid7’s mission and can genuinely sell it to the market
