Essential Responsibilities
As an Associate Campus TAP, you will work alongside the current Campus TAP to hire for several of our Emerging Talent Programs, including both intern and full-time positions.
Execute on full lifecycle recruitment (from phone screen to onsite interview to offer stage)
Foster relationships with candidates as well as internal hiring managers and teams
Create relationships with new universities (student organizations, career services, etc)
Partner with diversity organizations to continuously create a diverse pipeline of entry level talent
Assist with roll out of Rapid7’s summer internship program
Increase internal awareness of our campus recruiting initiatives
Oversee event management process for campus events; including registration, staffing, logistics, and presence at the event
Job Requirements
You have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in human resources, marketing, or related field
You have 1-2 years in a recruiting, people strategy, or related position
You are a problem solver - you think of creative ideas to complex problems
You are adaptable in fast paced environments
Highly organized and detail oriented
Ability to build strong, collaborative stakeholder and candidate relationships
Approaches challenges with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
You are all about the team, but you can work independently too
