Description

About the Company:

ArcSite pioneers innovative drawing, estimating, and takeoff solutions for the construction industry. We enhance construction professionals' efficiency and productivity through technology that works seamlessly on mobile devices and laptops—without the steep learning curve of traditional CAD applications. Our software helps businesses close deals faster and save hours weekly by streamlining quotes and takeoff reports. Our dynamic team is committed to making CAD accessible worldwide. We're innovative professionals dedicated to transforming our customers' design experiences.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a strategic, execution-oriented growth leader to own and scale ArcSite’s mobile product-led growth (PLG) engine. You’ll lead acquisition, conversion, and onboarding across major app platforms — driving installs, engagement, and revenue through a mix of ASO, paid acquisition, experimentation, and funnel optimization, including international expansion.

You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure a cohesive, end-to-end user journey — from discovery to activation to expansion — and help bridge the transition from self-serve to sales-engaged motions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, and brings deep experience in app-based growth — especially within a product-led or B2B SaaS model. If you’re excited to build a high-performing, globally-minded mobile growth program and drive real business outcomes, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute ArcSite’s mobile product-led growth (PLG) strategy — driving installs, sign-ups, and revenue through app store visibility, paid acquisition, and funnel optimization
  • Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts across U.S. and international markets, improving keyword rankings, conversion rates, and listing performance
  • Manage paid acquisition campaigns across Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Plan and run structured experimentation programs - from store assets (copy, creative, pricing) to region-specific optimizations - aligning with Product on roadmap, timelines, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve onboarding flows and reduce friction from download to sign-up
  • Own key mobile growth metrics (DAU, MAU, paid conversion, retention, churn); analyze user behavior to surface drop-off points and growth opportunities
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research — including in-app surveys and user interviews — to capture insights from mobile users
  • Partner across Marketing to support install-driving programs — including referrals, affiliates, influencers, SEO, and strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure a cohesive, end-to-end user journey from discovery to activation and expansion
  • Build and maintain growth models to forecast traffic, conversions, and revenue by platform, region, and channel
  • Align PLG and SLG strategies by defining PQL criteria with Sales and RevOps, supporting lead scoring and a smooth self-serve to sales handoff
  • Identify and activate expansion opportunities by surfacing high-value user accounts with potential for land-and-expand or enterprise growth
Requirements
  • 7–10+ years of experience specifically in PLG growth, mobile acquisition, or performance marketing roles, ideally within a B2B SaaS or product-led model
  • Proven success scaling app-based acquisition and conversion across iOS, Android, and international markets
  • Deep expertise in App Store Optimization (ASO), including metadata, keyword strategy, localization, and A/B testing
  • Experience managing paid user acquisition across Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Strong grasp of mobile funnel performance, behavioral analytics, and conversion optimization
  • Familiarity with growth tools such as Firebase, Adjust, Branch, ASOlytics, AppTweak, and Mixpanel or similar tools
  • Skilled in building forecast models, tracking against projections, and leveraging dashboards to guide decisions
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with excellent communication skills
  • Experience with international growth strategies is a strong plus
Benefits
  • 100% remote
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Vested 401K match as of start date
  • $75 monthly wellness stipend
  • Semi-Annual Company Offsites

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
