  • Team Building: Support the VP of Marketing to recruit and lead a high-performance growth team, instilling a test-and-learn culture of accountability and creativity.

Ideal Qualifications for this Position

  • Minimum 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience both in-house and at an agency, including 2+ years in health tech, digital health, or healthcare SaaS. Title will be scoped depending on experience and fit.
  • Demonstrated ownership or support of pipeline or sales goals, with experience aligning marketing efforts to CRM metrics.
  • Understanding of risk-bearing healthcare organizations (MSOs, ACOs, payers) and experience marketing in regulated segments such as Medicare Advantage and Medicaid.
  • Ability to define and target a serviceable addressable market with a data-driven approach.
  • Hands-on experience using HubSpot to build landing pages, configure lead scoring, and manage handoffs to a sales team.
  • Proven experience building and optimizing lead generation campaigns in Meta, Google Ads, and/or LinkedIn.
  • Experience managing or partnering with external creative resources
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clear, outcome-oriented messaging.

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
