Job Summary:

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Growth to lead our user acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts—specifically targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs). In this role, you’ll own the full growth funnel, from acquisition to referral, and drive scalable, data-informed strategies that fuel our expansion. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and commercial teams to align growth initiatives with user experience and growth goals, especially in support of pharma partnerships.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of scaling consumer-facing products in the healthcare or pharma space, with deep expertise in marketing to physicians and other medical professionals. You’re analytical, creative, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced startup environment.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Own the full growth funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, and referral
  • Define and execute marketing experiments with a strong A/B testing cadence
  • Identify scalable user acquisition channels (organic, paid, partnerships, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain KPIs around CAC, LTV, retention, and activation rates

Physician Acquisition

  • Build go-to-market strategies specifically targeting HCPs (MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs)
  • Create incentive programs and onboarding flows that resonate with doctors
  • Partner with medical associations, KOLs, or CME groups to drive top-of-funnel growth

Product-Led Growth

  • Work closely with product to optimize onboarding, feature adoption, and in-app engagement
  • Identify product loops that can drive growth organically (e.g. referrals, content sharing)
  • Pharma Partnerships & Monetization Support
  • Collaborate with sales/commercial teams to define user segments valuable to pharma
  • Ensure growth strategies support pharma-sponsored initiatives without hurting UX

Data & Analytics

  • Build dashboards and reports to measure and optimize growth initiatives
  • Analyze usage patterns and cohort behavior to inform roadmap and campaigns

Experience:

  •  5–10+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or product roles, ideally at a high-growth B2C or B2B2C startup
  • Prior work in the healthcare or pharma/HCP space strongly preferred
  • Proven experience scaling a consumer-facing product for physicians or healthcare professionals
  • Deep understanding of acquisition tactics for medical professionals (content marketing, peer referrals, events, KOLs, etc.)
  • Experience running and optimizing multi-channel campaigns (paid social, SEM, content, SMS, email, etc.)
  • Comfortable with marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, LogRocket, etc.)
  • Familiarity with the regulatory and ethical landscape around pharma marketing and HCP communications
  • Startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and wearing multiple hats

  • A diverse and inclusive community of belonging, where teammates are empowered to bring ideas to the table and act;
  • Generous Total Rewards Plan including comprehensive healthcare (health, dental, vision), life insurance, unlimited PTO, and 401K matching.
