The Head of Growth Marketing will lead paid acquisition strategies, team building, performance analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth at PushPress.
About PushPress
PushPress is building the Intelligent Industry Ledger for boutique fitness.
We’re transforming how boutique gyms operate — and how the entire $100B fitness industry connects, transacts, and grows. Trusted by 5,000+ gyms and 500,000+ members, PushPress processes over $500M annually and is backed by Altos Ventures and Mucker Capital.
We're evolving from a traditional business system of record into an AI-powered Industry Ledger — an intelligent infrastructure layer that brings order to a highly fragmented boutique fitness industry. By unifying disconnected operators, workflows, and data into a single platform, we’re enabling faster decisions, new business models, cross-gym collaboration, and network effects that increase the value of every studio in our client base.
We’re a global team of builders, operators, and fitness fanatics on a mission to level the playing field for fitness entrepreneurs. If you're ready to help reshape an industry — let’s talk.
About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and analytical Head of Growth Marketing to own our paid acquisition engine and scale our performance marketing efforts. This leader will own paid ad strategy, full-funnel conversion, and channel expansion. You’ll be responsible for setting the vision, building the team, and establishing scalable systems for experimentation, tracking, and performance analysis.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Product, Engineering, and RevOps teams to align marketing efforts with company growth objectives. As a player-coach, you'll roll up your sleeves to drive results while also building and managing a high-performing team.
What You'll Do
- Own multi-channel paid acquisition performance and strategy across paid ads platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.).
- Pilot and scale net new performance marketing channels, with strong targeting, continuous audience development, and creative campaigns.
- Define and implement marketing data infrastructure, ensuring proper tracking of user journeys (UTMs, pixels, events) and attribution accuracy.
- Monitor real-time and cohort-based performance data to surface insights, drive decisions, and improve outcomes.
- Partner with analytics to build dashboards and automate reporting that align with company-level KPIs.
- Build and lead a team of growth marketers and paid media specialists as the company scales.
- Create structured processes for testing, learning, and iteration across all channels and initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with creative, lifecycle, product marketing, and sales teams to deliver unified messaging and execution.
- Develop and execute a rigorous experimentation framework to test creatives, channels, offers, audiences, and funnel strategies.
- Act as the connective tissue between marketing, product, and GTM teams—aligning campaigns with launches, customer insights, and feature releases.
What You'll Need
- 8+ years of marketing experience with a focus on performance and growth marketing
- 5+ years in paid acquisition roles with clear track record of results.
- Strong foundation in marketing analytics, attribution models, and data tools (e.g., GA4, Metabase, Amplitude, HubSpot, Segment).
- Proven ability to build and scale teams, implement processes, and hire for high-performance environments.
- Deep experimental mindset: constantly testing, iterating, and optimizing across paid channels and funnels.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments or high-growth SaaS is a strong plus.
- Bonus: Experience or passion for fitness and/or fitness technology.
- Previous experience leading a team at a startup
