Primary Purpose

Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish enterprise governance and operating frameworks across Sales, Account Management, Integrated Planning, Merchandising, Product, Analytics, Marketing and Ad Technology to ensure scalable execution alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Own end to end operational strategy for onsite retail media execution including: recruiting, selecting, developing, coaching, and managing performance and succession planning for the team.
- Lead the team responsible for partnering with Brands, Account Management and Integrated Planning to gather the necessary campaign details for accurate and timely launches and to track against brand goals and KPIs.
- Lead the team that manages and oversees campaign setup, implementation, trafficking, quality assurance, and live campaign management within the retail media platform.
- Work closely with Account Management to ensure successful delivery of all campaigns by routinely monitoring performance and delivery, escalating potential delivery issues, and optimizing campaigns to meet performance goals.
- Define the strategic direction for onsite merchandising operations, ensuring customer experience, content effectiveness, search and browse optimization, and commercial priorities are aligned to enterprise objectives
- Establish and govern annual, quarterly, and seasonal planning processes in support of the brands onsite strategic priorities
- Oversee short- and long-term site merchandising execution for seasonal campaigns and events to achieve key business and financial objectives and support monthly and quarterly content planning.
- Upon campaign completion, ensure campaign reports are generated from the platform and validated for accuracy before handoff to the appropriate teams.
- Oversee billing and invoicing processes to ensure billing accuracy, confirm billing details with Account Management, and review final delivery reports before invoices are sent to brands.
- Own the strategic roadmap for onsite operational capabilities, partnering with Product and Technology leaders to prioritize platform enhancements, automation opportunities, operational scalability, and future-state operating models.
- Lead through managers and senior leaders to build a high-performing organization with strong succession pipelines, leadership capability, and scalable operating practice

Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 12+ years of of progressive leadership experience in retail media, ecommerce, merchandising operations, digital media, advertising operations, or related fields, including responsibility for enterprise-scale business functions and transformational initiatives.
- Experience with campaign management in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success influencing executive-level stakeholders and leading cross-functional organizations through complex operational, technological, and business transformation
- Experience owning large-scale operational portfolios, business enablement functions, strategic initiatives, and significant revenue-supporting operations
- Experience managing multimillion-dollar operating budgets, vendor relationships, and resource planning decisions
- Data-driven and analytical with strong attention to detail and process.
- Proven thought leadership in strategic planning and operational efficiencies.
- Experience with ecommerce media, sponsored search, onsite display, site merchandising, and content management platforms.
- Working knowledge of retail, ecommerce, digital media, and the CPG environment.
- Knowledge and experience leading large teams with cross-functional leadership capabilities.
- Efficient time management and organizational skills with the ability to sustain timeline management and campaign deliverables.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage leadership connections internally and externally.

- MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
