Sales Incentive Analyst
The primary focus of the Sales Incentive Analyst (Global Commissions) is to calculate and process commission payments and research any adjustments needed within the stated time requirements. The Sales Incentive Analyst will work closely with Finance, Payroll, and Sales Operations to ensure timely calculation, reporting, and payment of commissions. The Sales Incentive Analyst will research and answer questions regarding commissions, sales and other related inquiries from the Sales team, Executives, or Finance team as needed.
Position Responsibilities:
Maintain and update Employee Data within our system
Update sales compensation system (Xactly) with actual sales results, individual quotas, employee information, and compensation plan information
Accurately prepare the Monthly/Quarterly/Annual commissions and SPIF calculations. Validate the sales data and make necessary adjustments
Provide ongoing support in resolving commission calculation-related inquiries and exceptions with the sales teams
Partner with Finance, Payroll, Sales, and Sales Operations to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations and payments
Prepare and submit pay-sheets to the payroll department for the timely processing of payments
Provide data or ad hoc reporting to Finance as needed for commissions and sales bonus accruals.
Perform various reconciliations and validations of billings and sales crediting data.
Develop and maintain training material for new hires
Help train new hires on incentive plans and Xactly navigation
Develop and maintain project documentation including scope documents.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Position Requirements (Knowledge and Experience):
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
3-5 years experience in Finance, Sales Operations, or Commissions
Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required for this role
Prior experience with Xactly or other sales compensation software (Callidus, OIC, Varicent) is strongly preferred
Innovative problem solver with strong analytical and decision-making skills

Clear and thoughtful communicator in discussing and sharing sensitive performance and compensation data with a range of business functions
