  • Build and maintain reusable talent pipelines for recurring, high-volume, specialized, and difficult-to-fill roles.
  • Maintain timely and accurate candidate activity, dispositions, notes, and pipeline data in Workday and other approved recruiting tools.
  • Deliver a professional, responsive, and inclusive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up.
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives, sourcing campaigns, talent-mapping projects, process improvements, and other priorities as assigned.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong ability to identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, social platforms, web research, and creative sourcing techniques.
  • Experience conducting structured candidate screens and evaluating qualifications against defined job requirements.
  • Ability to manage 10+ concurrent requisitions, balance competing priorities, and consistently meet established deadlines and service expectations.
  • Strong partnership skills and a service-oriented approach to supporting Talent Acquisition recruiters.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to summarize candidate qualifications clearly and objectively.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management tools; Workday experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using recruiting data and metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and adjust strategies.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and commitment to accurate documentation and process compliance.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment while remaining responsive to recruiter and business needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience sourcing for manufacturing, operations, engineering, research and development, technical, or other specialized roles is preferred; knowledge of the chemical, plastics, or semiconductor industries is a plus.
