Content and Social Media Marketing Co-op
6-month co-op starting January 2027 | Based in Boston

This is a co-op position through Northeastern University's cooperative education program; candidates must be enrolled Northeastern co-op students eligible for co-op credit.

The Team You'll Join

The Content and Social Media Marketing co-op will support go-to-market functions globally, including digital marketing, demand generation, content marketing, and BDR functions, by creating written and visual content across formats. This internship presents an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to gain practical experience across multiple areas of marketing and learn about the eCommerce industry, including B2B and retail industries.

Your Impact
  • Create industry-specific and region-specific variations on content developed by the corporate marketing team to support targeted demand generation efforts.
  • Adapt existing content into shorter, bite-sized formats that can fuel digital marketing campaigns, increasing the volume of relevant and timely assets.
  • Leverage existing video footage to develop short, approximately 30-second videos spotlighting Mirakl customer stories for use across social media, in digital campaigns, and in BDR outreach.
  • Draft "evergreen" content for social media and Sprout Advocacy, as well as ad hoc social posts on an ongoing basis, to promote key Mirakl messages and increase visibility of the entire Mirakl suite.
  • Support content optimization for SEO across mirakl.com and the Mirakl blog to boost brand visibility and inbound organic traffic via search.
  • Serve as the primary content quality "eyes and ears" by QAing written and video content on an ongoing basis, ensuring that materials are up to date with the latest customer stories, key messages, and statistics.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate Mirakl's existing content to identify ways to improve performance and ensure that quality of content remains high.
  • Manage day-to-day additions to the Mirakl website, including blogs, press releases, and news coverage.
  • Work with departments within Marketing and with cross-functional teams, including Sales and BDRs, to execute projects.
  • Perform administrative duties as needed, such as organizing marketing materials, updating databases, and completing ad hoc tasks.
