As a Business Strategy Consultant, you'll follow an established process to:

• Generate and manage interest in our leadership and personal development programs using established digital strategies
  

• Connect with prospective clients and conduct brief introductory conversations
  

• Understand individual goals, priorities, and professional aspirations
  

• Share relevant program information and guide interested individuals through an established evaluation process
  

• Build meaningful relationships through thoughtful communication and follow-up
  

• Apply your professional judgment and strategic thinking while managing your own activities and results
  

• Comprehensive training is provided in the areas of marketing and business development. No local networking or cold calling is required.​
  

This is an independent, self-employed, performance-based opportunity, not a traditional salaried or hourly position. Compensation is commission-based, with no guaranteed income. Participants are responsible for applicable business expenses, including a required ongoing tool subscription.

• 8+ years of professional experience
