You know the moment. It’s the first notes of that song you love, the intro to your favorite movie, or simply the sound of someone you love saying “hello.” It’s in these moments that sound matters most.
At Bose, we believe sound is the most powerful force on earth. We’ve dedicated ourselves to improving it for more than 60 years. And we’re passionate down to our bones about making whatever you’re listening to a little more magical.
At Bose, we are constantly learning and constantly curious. We never stop imagining what better sound sounds like. The Product team leads the transformation of ideas through research, design, development, marketing, and sales, unleashing the transformative power of sound and delivering the best products on the market.
Job DescriptionAbout the Role
Bose’s New Graduate Rotational Program offers recent graduates a hands-on opportunity to explore how new products come to life at Bose. Over two years, participants rotate through experiences spanning Product Management, Business Planning, and Design Operations - working within cross-functional teams that connect strategy, creativity, and execution.
You’ll learn how we define product vision, analyze business performance, and translate insights into real-world outcomes — from early-stage concept work to go-to-market planning and in-market lifecycle management. Throughout the program, you’ll be exposed to the tools, data, and decision-making processes that power the product journey from idea to launch.
Each rotation allows participants to discover their strengths and interests while contributing meaningful work to real projects. At the end of the program, participants transition into a full-time role based on organizational needs and individual performance, interest, and experience.

- Analyze and Optimize Performance: Gather and interpret data on product trends, category health, and business performance to inform recommendations and adjustments in areas like pricing, promotions, and portfolio planning.
- Bridge Strategy and Execution: Work across Product, Design, Sales, and Marketing to align plans, track milestones, and ensure operational readiness for new product introductions.
- Communicate Insights: Create clear, visual, and data-backed storytelling that helps teams and leaders make confident decisions.
- Learn How Bose Works: Engage with mentors, attend cross-functional reviews, and develop a working understanding of the systems and tools that connect our global product ecosystem.
Who You Are

- Communicative: You can turn information into clear, thoughtful insights—verbally, visually, and in writing.
- Motivated by Exploration: You see your early career as a time to try new things and build a diverse foundation of experience.
Qualifications

- 0-2 years of relevant work or internship experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with analytics or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Python) a plus.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship.
What You’ll Gain
- A broad understanding of how strategy, design, and product execution come together at Bose.
- Mentorship and learning opportunities from leaders across multiple functions.
