Job Description

Marketing Program Management Co-op

We’re looking for a highly motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented Co-op to support our Integrated Marketing Program Management and Custom Product & Collaborations teams.

In this role, you’ll act as a program manager for partnership product collaborations, helping guide projects from concept through launch. You’ll gain hands-on experience in the program management of both product development and integrated marketing, ensuring that cross-functional teams are aligned, on track, and delivering against shared goals.

This role offers exposure to end-to-end program management in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and the opportunity to contribute to high-visibility product initiatives.

Opportunity

  • Support the planning and execution of new partnership product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Maintain program trackers, prepare schedules, lead status calls, and produce reports and presentation visuals for leadership.

  • Partner with creative, channel, and operational teams to ensure cohesive, on-brand execution and risk mitigation.

  • Translate marketing briefs into clear, actionable project plans with defined milestones, deliverables, and owners.

  • Serve as a central point of contact for projects, focused on building credibility, promoting transparency, and managing expectations

Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program.

  • Interest or experience in product management or program management.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in working with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with SharePoint a plus.

  • Collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic environments and adapts quickly to change.
