Primary Purpose
The Interactive Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating high-impact and experiential content designed for employer and broker audiences. This role works collaboratively with creative, product, and digital marketing roles to spearhead the development of assets that bring our products, insights, and value propositions to life. Examples include tailored website experiences, short-form video, attention-grabbing social content, and interactive reports and brochures.
This role is focused on generating awareness and interest in the employer market.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week onsite at our headquarters in Newton, MA.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Own the creation of interactive and experiential B2B marketing assets that support awareness-building, consideration, and pipeline conversion goals
- Develop assets such as product demonstration videos, interactive reports and brochures, calculators, microsites, and tailored website components that help employer buyers self-educate and move toward sales engagement
- Develop and manage towards an interactive asset calendar that aligns with thought leadership themes and generation campaigns, priority segments, and sales motions
- Partner with Digital Marketing to design, launch, and optimize on-site experiences that personalize content and tools for different employer audiences and stages of intent
- Manage LinkedIn content strategy and amplification tool for all employer services, creating buzz-worthy assets and equipping and encouraging Growth Team members to share and engage with posts for broader reach
- Define and track success metrics for interactive experiences and advocacy content, such as engagement, completion rates, influenced pipeline, sales usage, and participation levels
- Use performance data and qualitative feedback from sales and client-facing teams to continuously refine assets
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 Years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, experience marketing, or product marketing
- 1 year of media production experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with dot.vu or similar software
- 3 years of experience in enterprise b2b SaaS or services, HR technology or benefits
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, capable of working well cross-functionally at multiple levels of the organization
- Working knowledge of common interactive asset design tools and mediums, including microsites, short-form video, and social posts
- Prior success experience developing assets within well-defined brand guidelines
- Analytical mindset, adept at tracking performance of created assets, identifying successful elements, monitoring ‘competitive’ examples, and driving continuous improvement

Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $98,000-$109,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
