Oversees Angular and React development, software architecture, code quality, security, documentation, project timelines, risks, and resources. Provides hands-on technical leadership, manages the full project lifecycle, drives continuous improvement, and mentors team members.

Leads B2B2C client and employee marketing for employer-sponsored benefits, driving awareness, registrations, opt-ins, and ongoing usage. Develops client and program launch strategies, scalable marketing processes, calendars, events, benefits-fair materials, and integrated campaigns. Partners with clients and internal teams to improve engagement and revenue outcomes while leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing marketing team.

Manages end-to-end implementation activities for specialized provider accounts, including rollout plans, process documentation, system maintenance, training materials, communications, progress tracking, and implementation reporting. Partners with internal teams and external providers to improve service delivery, support technology transitions, perform UAT preparation, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with implementation procedures. Provides operational and systems support while facilitating training and managing competing initiatives.

Manages internal communications content across employee apps, newsletters, video communications, digital signage, and staff meetings. Develops editorial calendars, writes and edits messages, sources organizational stories, supports video content, analyzes channel and campaign performance, and recommends improvements to employee engagement. The role requires strong writing, content management, stakeholder collaboration, data reporting, and familiarity with digital communication tools and AI practices.

Develop and maintain scalable web and mobile applications across front-end and back-end platforms. Build .NET and Angular solutions, write unit tests, document technical requirements, evaluate designs, support cloud-native architectures, collaborate with business and vendor teams, and communicate project status through leadership updates and technical demonstrations. The role focuses on performance, scalability, user experience, reusable components, and modern Azure technologies.

Lead development and execution of data-driven, multi-channel marketing programs for a portfolio of client accounts.
