Oversee Bright Horizons’ back-up care provider operations, including provider management, support, payments, setup, compliance, capacity planning, contracts, and quality. Lead operational strategy, scalable process development, performance targets, technology-enabled fulfillment, provider relationships, budgets, and organizational growth. Manage teams and collaborate with network, partnership, program, client, and executive stakeholders to deliver high-quality care across child and elder care markets.

Leads B2B2C client and employee marketing for employer-sponsored benefits, driving awareness, registrations, opt-ins, and ongoing usage. Develops client and program launch strategies, scalable marketing processes, calendars, events, benefits-fair materials, and integrated campaigns. Partners with clients and internal teams to improve engagement and revenue outcomes while leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing marketing team.

Leads a teaching team in delivering developmentally appropriate early childhood curriculum, assesses program quality, mentors educators, communicates with families, and serves as a role model. Provides in-person supervision and care for children in a preschool setting while meeting health, safety, physical, and regulatory requirements.

Develop and support applications for internal and external users, focusing on system enhancements, process changes, and collaborating with vendors and teams.

Administer and govern the Microsoft Power Platform tenant and environments, enforcing DLP and governance, managing ALM pipelines and CoE toolkit, securing Power Pages and AI agents, optimizing licensing and FinOps, and partnering with D365, Azure, compliance, and business teams to enable secure, scalable platform adoption.

Support the Center Director in daily operations of an early childhood center: supervise staff, maintain program quality and compliance with licensing, mentor teachers, document children's learning, build family relationships, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

Lead IT sourcing and vendor management: manage contract lifecycle and renewals, run RFPs and negotiations, develop category strategy, ensure procurement policy compliance, drive vendor performance and savings reporting, and partner with IT stakeholders and legal.

Lead development and execution of data-driven, multi-channel marketing programs for a portfolio of client accounts. Partner with clients and internal teams to drive awareness, registration, and utilization, analyze performance, advise on best practices, manage projects, and optimize marketing processes to support retention and revenue growth.
