The Impact
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Own the consolidation, analysis, and interpretation of data from multiple sources to deliver high-impact insights to key stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Translate complex data and insights into clear, compelling narratives and presentations with actionable recommendations, leveraging data visualization tools.
- Contribute to complex, cross functional projects that address strategic questions and support business unit and broader organizational objectives.
- Partner closely with the Strategy Execution and Analytics team and senior leaders to develop reporting that drives revenue growth, analyzes performance trends, and evaluates profitability across business segments.
- Engage with key stakeholders and senior leaders, to communicate your insights and recommendations on how to advance the business forward
The Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma with 5 years of experience
- 2+ years of progressive experience using data analysis and strategic concepts.
- 2+ years of experience contributing to complex projects that involve multiple stakeholders i
The Ideal Qualifications
- Powerful communication: ability to create simple, powerful, and data-driven presentations and effectively use storytelling to influence senior leaders and help their decision-making.
- Familiarity and working knowledge with data visualization and automation tools (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI, MicroStrategy)
- Demonstrated hypothesis driven problem-solving ability, including skillful translation of business questions into data analytics projects.
- Prior experience in Financial Services, including familiarity with distribution datasets.
- Expert with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Experience processing, manipulating, validating, and analyzing large amounts of data by utilizing the latest technology (Excel, SQL, Alteryx, R or Python etc.)
