About Onescreen

Founded by former executives and alumni from Google, HubSpot, and Wayfair, Onecreen is addressing the challenge of rising online ad costs and declining ROI by bringing experiences into the real world.

We are building a marketplace for out-of-home advertising. Media experiences in the real world [aka Billboards, wrapped cars & buses, and hundreds of other ways] are a compelling marketing medium. Not only is it a $40 billion global industry, but it is also the only traditional advertising medium that is still growing, despite the inefficiencies in the industry.

Onescreen’s "Market Network" transforms out-of-home advertising - from billboards and buses to wrapped cars and connected TV - into a measurable medium where brands and ideal audiences connect. Combine media into a single campaign to improve the performance for all of them. Improve the yield from campaigns on Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and even field sales teams by retargeting the right people once you have their trust.

Onescreen is based out of Boston, Massachusetts and this is a hybrid role.

About the role

We're looking for a motivated OOH Media Planner to join our Planning team. You'll support the development and execution of out-of-home campaigns across a range of clients and verticals. This is a hands-on role for someone who's eager to grow their planning craft, sharpen their analytical skills, and become a power user of the Onescreen platform.

What you'll do

  • Support end-to-end OOH campaign planning, from audience research and market selection through to proposal delivery and execution
  • Build and maintain campaign plans, cost schedules, and performance summaries using internal tools
  • Research target audiences and analyze their characteristics, behaviors, and media habits
  • Collaborate with account managers, clients, and creative teams to align on objectives and strategies
  • Become a proficient user of the Onecreen planning platform, and surface product feedback to product team members
  • Manage relationships with OOH media vendors and support negotiations under the guidance of senior planners
  • Juggle tasks across multiple active campaigns simultaneously, meeting internal and client deadlines
  • Present media plans with the assistance of the Account Executive to clients and key decision makers

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in OOH or broader media planning
  • Familiarity with core OOH formats (billboards, transit, experiential, DOOH) and how they fit into a broader media mix
  • Working knowledge of audience and measurement tools (GeoPath, Nielsen, Google Analytics, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple deadlines at once
  • Clear communicator — in writing, presentations, and across internal teams
  • Comfortable in spreadsheets and web-based planning platforms
  • Analytically curious, with an eye for data and performance metrics

Nice to have

  • Exposure to multi-channel campaign planning (digital + OOH)
  • Familiarity with campaign evaluation and attribution methodologies
