The Allocation Manager is a key leader, responsible for driving end-to-end allocation processes and partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders. Core Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end inventory allocation processes, ensuring optimal stock distribution across all business channels
  • Apply analytics to improve decision-making and address risks that could affect planned promotional orders
  • Create and deliver clear, data-driven reports to communicate product availability and supply status
  • Develop and implement improved business processes to drive efficiency and scalability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while maintaining accurate SAP Plan book data
  • Maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to align priorities and resolve challenges
  • Lead onboarding and training initiatives to support the growth and integration of new team members

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and/or proven experience in inventory management, planning, flow of goods, or data analysis
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and data visualization (Power BI or Tableau is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven experience with B2B or Retail channels and end-to-end business knowledge
  • Strong results orientation, with a high level of drive and a continuous learning mentality

Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $113,015 - $169,523 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
