About the Opportunity...

You are not just looking for a job. You are looking for a place to grow, contribute, and prove what you are capable of. You are driven, competitive, and collaborative, with the confidence to lead conversations and the humility to keep learning. You thrive on building relationships, creating opportunity, and closing business.

At Tufin, we help organizations simplify and secure their networks through intelligent security policy management. As an Account Executive, you will drive growth within a defined territory by engaging mid market enterprises, building pipeline through proactive outreach, and guiding opportunities through a structured sales cycle from discovery to close

What You Will Do...

  • Own and close revenue within a defined territory
  • Prospect consistently through outbound calls, emails, events, and partner engagement
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Execute a structured sales cycle from initial outreach through signed contract
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Build meaningful customer relationships that support renewals and expansion

What You Bring...

  • 2 to 5+ years of quota carrying B2B sales experience, ideally in technology
  • Experience prospecting and building pipeline from the ground up
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and disciplined opportunity management
  • Ability to manage a full sales cycle from cold outreach to discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
  • Openness to feedback and a demonstrated ability to apply coaching
  • Experience selling into mid market or enterprise accounts
  • Exposure to cybersecurity, networking, or infrastructure solutions
  • Experience working with channel partners

Who Thrives Here...

People who:

  • Take ownership and act with integrity
  • Stay accountable when challenges arise
  • Focus on continuous self improvement
  • Seek ways to leverage tools, including AI, to improve productivity
  • Remain humble in success
  • Demonstrate resilience in setbacks
  • Care about team success as much as individual results

If you are looking for a place where you are challenged, supported, and surrounded by people who make you better and whom you make better in return, we would welcome a conversation

HQ

Tufin Boston, Massachusetts, USA Office

The Boston office is Tufin’s U.S. headquarters and one of the best tech cities in the world. The area is best known for shopping and restaurants, and is home to many other offices. We are conveniently located right next to the Downtown Crossing T stop, and a short walk to South Station.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
