We are seeking an experienced and analytically driven Senior Business Systems Analyst to own and optimize our Lead-to-Cash (L2C) systems landscape. This role sits at the intersection of business process excellence, data intelligence, and enterprise technology - serving as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. You will drive continuous improvement across the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, from initial lead capture through opportunity management, quoting, order fulfillment, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
Key Responsibilities
Process Analysis & Optimization
- Map, analyze, and continuously improve end-to-end Lead-to-Cash business processes, identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and automation opportunities across CRM, CPQ, ERP, and billing systems; including the integration of AI to streamline our workflows.
- Conduct current-state and future-state process design sessions with business stakeholders, translating complex workflows into clear, actionable system requirements.
- Lead cross-functional process harmonization initiatives, ensuring consistency and scalability as the business grows.
- Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including workflow diagrams, RACI matrices, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
KPI & Data Analysis
- Partner with data engineering and BI teams to develop dashboards and reporting solutions that surface actionable insights for business leaders.
- Conduct root-cause analysis on process and system failures, translating findings into prioritized improvement recommendations.
- Champion data quality and governance standards across source systems, ensuring integrity from CRM through ERP to the data warehouse.
System Configuration & Administration
- Serve as a functional owner and configuration SME for core L2C platforms (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ tools, etc), translating business requirements into system design and configuration specifications.
- Partner with IT and integration teams to design and govern system-to-system integrations across the L2C stack, including iPaaS/middleware platforms.
- Evaluate new tools and system enhancements, providing business-case analysis and implementation recommendations.
- Ensure system configurations align with compliance, audit, and revenue recognition requirements (e.g., ASC 606).
Program & Project Management
- Lead multiple concurrent L2C improvement initiatives from discovery through delivery, managing scope, timeline, resources, and risk across stakeholder groups.
- Strong project management capabilities, including working across multiple stakeholders and navigating multiple priorities.
- Strong experience operating in an agile environment.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and third-party vendors — facilitating clear communication, decision-making, and change management.
- Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, coordinating business sign-off prior to production deployments.
- Drive adoption of new systems and processes through structured change management, training, and post-go-live support.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a strong focus on Lead-to-Cash, Revenue Operations, or Order-to-Cash processes.
- Deep functional knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce), CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Billing systems, and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis and KPI reporting using tools such as BigQuery, Tableau, Looker, PowerBI or similar BI platforms.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong proficiency in process modeling tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, or equivalent).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with iPaaS/integration platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
- Familiarity with SAFe or Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience supporting revenue recognition compliance under ASC 606.
- Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology companies.
- Experience leading complex system migrations (SFDC Revenue Cloud preferred)
