What’s the vibe like in the office?

We're a hard working bunch, but everyone likes to have fun. Our team balances a goofy, "laid back" vibe with an ambitious desire to grow the business. I really feel at home coming to work every day.

What does your typical day look like?

As a Senior Associate on our recruiting team, I spend most of my day interacting with candidates and working to refine the overall recruiting strategy for the account I am focused on. My role gives strikes a nice balance between autonomy and collaboration.

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

I've had the opportunity to grow into new roles as our company has evolved. I began in a sales role and transitioned to recruiting. More recently, I've become an Account Manager, which allows me to flex my client-facing skills while leading a small team.

What is your vision for the company?

Through our niche focus on high-volume, entry-level hiring we have a unique opportunity to "do good" while growing our business. As we scale, we'll continue to develop and deploy technology that keeps us ahead of the curve. Most importantly, we'll never lose our social justice mindset or stray from our mission to humanize the hiring process.

As a an active board member and investor in Percy, my goal is to help grow our organization into a large and world-class recruiting firm. I enjoy mentoring Percy team members and contributing to strategic-level decision making.
