The flexibility to go get my kids or tend to a family matter without having to take time off makes me a more productive, engaged and better leader overall. Like the educators we work with, we are multifaceted as people and professionals, and speaking for myself, Ellevation’s culture promotes both in such a way that allows me to bring my best self to work.

I’ve been able to experience a flexible remote work environment, which has allowed me to have healthier boundaries and avoid burnout.
