Build, ship, and operate full-stack product features using React and C#/.NET Core or Python. Participate in design discussions, evaluate technical tradeoffs, prototype solutions, review code, improve testing and observability, respond to production alerts, and maintain software throughout its lifecycle. Collaborate across engineering squads while contributing to infrastructure, CI/CD, developer experience, and technical debt reduction.

Serve as the CEO’s strategic partner, leading internal communications, culture and engagement initiatives, company events, leadership coordination, and cross-functional special projects. Build clear communication rhythms, strengthen employee feedback loops, support hybrid-work and leadership development efforts, and partner with product and engineering leaders on R&D culture and execution. Manage the Culture & Events Manager and represent leadership when needed.

Product Designer II will design integrated B2B SaaS experiences for an English language development platform. Responsibilities include user research, usability testing, discovery, sketching, wireframing, prototyping with LLM assistance, accessibility-centered design, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering. The designer will own a product area, measure outcomes, communicate tradeoffs, and contribute to the Backpack design system while creating consistent workflows across the platform.
