The role collaborates with Product, Data, Trading Operations, and Engineering teams to build a seamless financial exchange experience.

Manage full-cycle recruiting searches from intake through hire, including sourcing, talent pipeline development, candidate engagement, stakeholder communication, recruiting data maintenance, and market research. Partner with hiring leaders and People Teams to understand hiring needs, share talent insights, improve recruiting workflows, and deliver strong candidate experiences. Use recruiting technology, AI-enabled tools, and applicant tracking systems to support efficient hiring.
